● How do I log in to the Kitaboo portal/Reader?

Note:

  1. If the order is created as “Date to Date”: The expiry date will be set to the order’s end date.
Example: If the order start date is 1st Jan 2025 and the end date is 31st March 2025, and a user created using the access code is revoked or deleted by the institute admin, the expiry date will remain as 31st March 2025 for the new user who redeems the same access code.
  2. If the order is created as “Days Upon Activation”: The expiry date will be calculated based on the date the new user redeems the access code.
Example: If the access code is set for 30 days upon activation: A user redeems the code on 1st Jan 2025, so the expiry will be 30th Jan 2025. If the institute admin revokes or deletes the user on 15th Jan 2025, the access code will be freed and available for reuse. If a new user redeems the same access code on 1st March 2025, the expiry date for that user will be 30th March 2025.
