Customer Order Details -View Order

The View Orders section allows administrators to track and manage all license orders issued to customers. From this page, you can review order details, monitor license distribution, and perform actions such as editing or deleting an order, as well as generating access codes.

Accessing the View Orders Page

Follow the steps below to view license orders:

  • Sign in to the portal using your Enterprise Admin credentials.

  • Navigate to the Customers page & locate the customer whose orders you want to view.

  • Click View Orders next to the respective customer.

You will be redirected to the Orders page, where all orders associated with that customer are displayed.

Order Dashboard Overview

At the top of the page, a dashboard provides a quick summary of license usage.

LicensedTotal number of licenses issued under the order.
DistributedNumber of licenses that have been assigned to users or groups.
UnusedRemaining licenses that have not yet been distributed.

Example:

  • Licensed: 28,125

  • Distributed: 410

  • Unused: 27,715


Order Details

Below the dashboard, the Orders table displays detailed information for each order.

ColumnDescription
Order Reference IDUnique identifier for the order in the system.
Custom Order IDClient-specific order reference number.
No. of TitlesNumber of content titles included in the order.
Fulfilled OnDate when the order was fulfilled.
TypeIndicates the order type.
ActiveShows whether the order is currently active for the institution.

Available Actions

From the Orders page, administrators can perform the following actions:

  • Edit Order – Modify the order details if required.

  • Delete Order – Remove an order from the system.

  • Generate Access Codes – Create access codes for the specific order to distribute licenses to users.

These options are available against each order listed in the table.
