License Management

The License Management section enables administrators to efficiently manage and distribute content licenses across customers, groups, and users. Using this module, you can create customers, organize them into groups, issue licenses for specific content, and monitor license orders.

This section provides a step-by-step overview of the key actions involved in managing licenses on the platform.

Add a Customer

On the Customers tab, click on +Add Customer.

Before distributing licenses, you must first create a customer account in the system. Adding a customer allows you to associate licenses and manage access for that organization or institution.

Add a Group

Click on + Group for adding a group

Groups help you organize customers or institutions for easier license allocation and management. This allows administrators to distribute licenses more efficiently across multiple users or classes.For detailed instructions, refer to the guide below :

Issue Licenses

Click on the Issue Licenses button against the institution (customer) you want to issue licenses to.

Once customers and groups are created, administrators can issue licenses for specific content titles. Licenses can be distributed to users, groups, or institutions depending on the requirement.

View Orders

Click on the View Order button against the institution (customer) you want to issue licenses to.

Track and review license orders that have been issued through the platform.
