Please follow these steps carefully:

✅ Step 1: Open the Existing Activity

• Navigate to the book containing the older activity/widget.
• Open the activity in the editor.

✅ Step 2: Click the “Save” Button

• Simply click on the “Save” button inside the activity editor.
• This will pull in the latest code/fix/enhancement from the deployed widget version.

✅ Step 3: Click the “Publish” Button

• After saving, click “Publish” to apply the changes to the content package.

✅ Step 4: Edit the Live Book

• Go to the Live version of the book where this activity is used.
• Make sure it’s in edit mode.

✅ Step 5: Save Activity Markup from Enrichment

• Navigate to the Enrichment panel.
• Open the corresponding activity widget and click “Save” again to ensure the widget markup is refreshed with the latest changes.

✅ Step 6: Validate in Preview Mode

• Use the Preview option to verify whether the latest fix/enhancement is reflected properly.
• Check for visual, functional, or behavioral changes.

✅ Step 7: Live the Book and Verify in Reader

• Once validated, live the book again.
• Open the book in the Kitaboo Reader and test the activity to ensure the updates are working as expected.

Note: If you skip saving or republishing the activity, the latest widget version will not be reflected, and the reader will continue to show the older version of the widget.
