Q18. How to add a custom order ID to a new order or an Existing order?

To add a custom Order ID while creating a new order in the system, follow these detailed steps:

  1. Log In and Select a Customer
    Log in to your account and navigate to the Customer tab.

  2. Choose the Customer
    Locate and select the customer for whom you want to issue a license & Click on Issue License to begin the process.

  3. Select Content or Collection
    Choose the specific content or collection you wish to license for the selected customer. Click the Next button to continue.

  4. Enter License Details

    • Specify the number of licenses required.

    • Set the device limit (i.e., the maximum number of devices per license).

    • Optionally, enter a Custom Order ID for tracking or identification purposes.

    • Choose the license duration (i.e., how long the license will remain active).

  5. Review Orders
    Click on View Order to see the list of all orders created. This page will display important order details, including the Custom Order ID if it was provided earlier.
